Kyomed & Carsat, New digital services for pensioners
With the aim to improve the quality of retirement at home, Carsat Languedoc-Roussillon (Retirement and Work Health Insurance Fund) and Kyomed are joining forces to develop new digital services for pensioners. The project involves 600 retired volunteers to test eight innovations over a period of two years. In this partnership, Carsat finances the project and development of these news solutions. Kyomed implements and coordinates the evaluation of these services.
The objective is to collect the opinion of end users to improve services, validate acceptability and relevance in terms of usages.
As volunteers, the participants can use the services free of charge during three months without any obligation during the trial period or obligation to purchase the solution at the end of the experiment. The only objective is to participate in a co-development program .
The test relates, for the moment to four solutions:
- Seniorhome-EVA: a smart and secure automated system of personal assistance (accidental fall, lifestyle change…).
- Appliserv-Ammy: a digital liaison diary and a social network specialized for sharing through a digital tablet.
- Budget-télécom Majord’Home: an assistant system of health and wellness through the TV screen.
- Tavie-Tavie Attentive: a tele assistance connected solution and online liaison diary for sharing and transmission of medical and private information.
